Your Wedding Day is very special for everyone; your family, your friends, but most importantly yourselves. This is your big day!

Kayley Levitt (wedding co-ordinator) and Kimberley Taffinder (proprietor) have a wealth of experience organizing weddings, civil partnerships and special events. Kayley will be your main point of contact and will oversee all of the arrangements, so you will only have to deal with the one person.
She pays close attention to detail and will ensure the day goes as smoothly as possible.

Whatever your budget, you can be sure of our professional, yet personal service. We will listen and advise, helping you to choose the type of service and wedding reception to make your day one to remember - nothing will be too much trouble and nothing will be overlooked.
Table Linen
We can provide all table linen and napkins in a colour to compliment your special day for a small charge.

Entertainment
Top class entertainment can be arranged for you with prices starting from£150.00 for the evening.

Bar
With two bars we can accomodate even the largest and most livley orf receptions
If you wish to have guests greeted with a complimentary drink on arrival, or have your guests supplied with a drink for the speeches and the toast, sparkling wine starts from £2.25 per person and Champagne starts from £12.95 per bottle.

Payment
A deposit of £250.00 will be required to secure your reservation. This is non-refundable and the balance is to be paid in FULL 7 days before the function date.

Function Rooms
We have two function rooms at The Bancourt. The Avenue Bar on the lower ground floor and The Cabaret Bar on the ground floor. Both rooms are licensed for 150 people.

The Avenue Bar has a ‘disco’ atmosphere, a dance floor with stage for entertainment and it’s own bar.

The Cabaret Bar is more formal and can comfortably seat 110 for a sit down meal or buffet. It is air conditioned and has a good sized dance floor and stage for entertainment, disco or background music. The Cabaret Bar is a bright airy room with double patio access to our large secluded gardens, perfect for photographs.

Bedrooms
W have 52 en-suite bedrooms, decorated to a very high standard. We can also offer our beautiful honeymoon suite with the traditional 4 poster bed. Accommodation for friends and family can be arranged at a special rate.

Room Hire
Room hire charges are £150.00 per function suite.
