Disabled facilities and access
We make every effort to make our guests with mobility
difficulties as comfortable as possible. We have a range
of rooms that are suitable for people with access
problems and who's disabilities make stairs difficult to
negotiate.
If you have any mobility problems, it would be helpful if
you inform us at the time of booking before we allocate
rooms.
We would like to make your stay at the Bancourt as enjoyable as possible. Unfortunately due to the age of the Hotel not all the rooms are accessible by wheelchair, but we do have ramps to the restaurant and a lift from the front entrance to reception and the first floor. Once in reception you have easy access to the Cabaret Bar, which has disabled toilet facilities, and the pool area – please note at the moment we do not have hoist facilities or a ramp into the pool itself. Parts of the garden are accessible by wheelchair.
We are in the process of upgrading and refurbishing the whole hotel, as part of our planned rennovations we are hoping to make more of our rooms suitable for our guests with access difficulties. If you have any specific requirements or any questions regarding your stay please do not hesitate to contact us.
