From Exeter
take the A38, (sign posted Plymouth &
Torquay)
At the Kennford Service Area on the A38 take the left hand lane of the A380 (sign posted Torquay)
At the Penn Inn roundabout (Newton Abott) take the 2nd exit onto the Torquay Road (A380 signposted Torquay)
Continue forward onto Torquay Road (A380) passing Allder Vale Garage (BP) garage, the Hare and Hounds public house
At Kerswell Gardens Roundabout (this has a large “Englsih
Riviera “ flower bed) take the 1st exit onto Riviera Way (A3022 sign posted Torquay).
Continue forward onto Riviera Way (A3022), passing Currey’s & Focus on your left hand side. You will pass through 6 sets of traffic lights.
At the traffic signals (opposite Torre train station & Halfords) bear right sign posted Brixham & Paignton (A3022)
Drive Down Avenue Road and the Bancourt is around 300 yards down on the left hand side.
